1. About us
Centryx Finance is a trading name of Centryx Automations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15979252). Our registered office is 43 Cardigan Grove, Stoke-On-Trent, ST4 8XY. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB942719.

2. Our service
Centryx Finance is a commercial finance broker. We introduce UK businesses to lenders who may be willing to provide funding. We are not a lender, and we do not make lending decisions.
Our service includes:
- Understanding your business and funding requirements
- Comparing options across our panel of lenders
- Presenting your case to suitable lenders
- Explaining offers and supporting you through to completion
The decision to lend, the terms of any loan, and the underwriting criteria are entirely at the discretion of each lender. We make no guarantee that funding will be approved.
3. Regulatory status
Centryx Finance is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We arrange unregulated commercial finance only.
We do not arrange, advise on, or introduce:
- Regulated Mortgage Contracts (mortgages secured against the borrower's home or that of a close family member)
- Consumer Buy-to-Let (CBTL) mortgages
- Second-charge loans secured against residential property
- Bridging or development finance secured against the borrower's residential dwelling
- Any other consumer credit or regulated mortgage activity
Our property finance services are limited to commercial property, limited company buy-to-let, and other business-purpose lending that falls outside FCA regulation. Where you require regulated finance, we will decline the introduction and may refer you to an FCA-authorised broker.
If your business needs change such that regulated finance becomes appropriate, please tell us — we will not knowingly process a regulated case.
4. Fees
Our service is generally free to you. We are paid a commission by the lender when a deal completes. We do not charge upfront fees for our consultation, comparison, or recommendations.
On certain transactions, a broker fee may apply. Where this is the case, we will always disclose the fee in writing before you commit to anything. You will never be charged a fee without your prior written agreement.
5. Eligibility
Our services are intended for UK-registered businesses and the directors or owners of those businesses. By engaging our services, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to act on behalf of the business in question
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You are over 18 years old
6. Information accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about your business and your funding requirements. Misrepresentation may invalidate any offer of finance and may constitute fraud under UK law.
7. No advice
The information presented on this website and in our communications is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should seek independent professional advice before entering into any finance agreement.
We can provide guidance on the suitability of different finance products for your stated needs, but final decisions remain yours.
8. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

- Our total liability to you in any matter is limited to the fees (if any) you have paid us in connection with that matter
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Termination
You may end your engagement with us at any time. We may decline to provide services to any party at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, breach of these terms, or where the funding requirement falls outside our expertise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
